She told me prior to my appointment to have a look on pinterest and save some ideas of what look I wanted to achieve so we could then discuss on the day and recreate the look - I had never heard of Pinterest until then - it is now my new found love and given me even more inspo for my wedding day. I was so very pleased with my makeup and I cannot wait for Sophie to make me look beautiful again for my Big Day in August 2021! “I cannot recommend Sophie highly enough - planning a wedding in a pandemic is hard enough, but Sophie was incredibly flexible, including when we moved our wedding forward at 48 hours notice! I felt completely safe with Sophie as she took every precaution, including wearing a mask, hand washing, sterilising brushes between uses and using disposable pads/sponges.
As someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup, I was really impressed by Sophie at our trial, and her ability to take what I described and give me an incredible look, which didn't feel too over the top. Following our trial, when I said I was considering a heavier eye, she absolutely nailed it for my wedding day.
Sophie is incredibly knowledgeable about her products, has such attention to detail and gave both my Mother and I, wedding day makeovers we were so pleased with. When I look at my wedding pictures, I enjoy looking at my face nearly as much as I do at my dress, which is unusual for me. Sophie gave me such confidence on my wedding day and I felt so beautiful.
The added bonus about Sophie is that she just slots right in - so friendly and personable, she made our wedding morning such a lovely experience and even my Dad was chatting away to her! I am so glad I found Sophie for my wedding day make up.
